"The Rotaract Club of Goderich is about to relaunch the Princess Project.
It was first developed in 2013 by Goderich District Collegiate Institute student Sam Gowanlock as a way for students who can’t afford to buy a dress for the prom or graduation to borrow one instead.
Gowanlock is now the President of the Rotaract Club and says the organization has taken over the project.
She says they are getting everything ready for the prom season.
Gowanlock says with COVID restrictions lifting and more events happening in the area, they are excited to revamp the project."
